Overview of Services

Austin Precint Genomics Services (University of Melbourne) provides academic and industry researchers with high throughput sequencing equipment, services and expertise.

Our platforms facilitate a wide-range of genomics research projects requiring analysis of nucleic acids.

Genetics technology platforms available:

  • Oxford Nanopore P2 Long-Read Sequencer
  • Illumina MiSeq Short-Read Sequencer
  • Applied Biosystems 3730XL Genetic Analyzer Sanger Sequencer
  • Bio-Rad QX200 Droplet Digital PCR System.
  • We offer Guided Training, Self Use Access or Full Service sequencing of biological samples.
